Welcome to Gold Hands Miami, a trade name of Rakhimov Enterprise LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at goldhandsmia.com (the "Site") and the handyman services we provide (the "Services"). By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services.

1. Services

Gold Hands Miami provides professional handyman and home repair services in the Miami-Dade County, Florida area. Our services include, but are not limited to, general handyman work, TV mounting, furniture assembly, drywall repair, painting, light fixture and ceiling fan installation, smart home installation, minor plumbing, and minor electrical work.

All services are performed by trained and insured professionals. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project will be discussed and agreed upon before work begins.

2. Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for all projects. Estimates are based on information provided by the customer and a visual assessment of the project scope. Final pricing may vary from the initial estimate if the actual scope of work differs materially from what was originally described or assessed.

Any price changes will be communicated to the customer and approved before additional work is performed. Starting prices listed on our website represent the minimum cost for basic versions of each service and serve as a general guide only.

3. Scheduling and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled by phone at (786) 788-8714 or through the contact form on our website. We strive to offer same-day and next-day availability when possible.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 4 hours in advance. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee of up to $50.

4. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit and debit cards, Zelle, Venmo, Apple Pay, and cash. For projects exceeding $500, we may require a deposit of up to 50% before work begins, with the balance due upon completion.

If payment is not received within 30 days of service completion, the outstanding amount may be subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month and may be referred to a collections agency.

5. Warranty and Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the quality of our work, contact us within 30 days of service completion, and we will return to correct the issue at no additional charge.

Our warranty covers the labor and craftsmanship of the work performed. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, natural wear and tear, acts of nature, or modifications made by others after our service.

Materials and products installed by us carry their respective manufacturer warranties. Gold Hands Miami is not responsible for defects in third-party products.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about the project scope and conditions
• Ensure safe and reasonable access to the work area
• Disclose any known hazards, including but not limited to asbestos, mold, or structural issues
• Secure pets and valuables in areas away from the work zone
• Obtain any necessary permits or HOA approvals for the work, unless agreed otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gold Hands Miami's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall not exceed the total amount paid by the customer for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

In no event shall Gold Hands Miami be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action or the theory of liability.

We carry general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. In the event of property damage caused by our negligence, claims will be handled through our insurance provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Gold Hands Miami or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our prior written consent.

9. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Gold Hands Miami. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Accessing these links is at your own risk.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Gold Hands Miami, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our Services or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Miami-Dade County, Florida, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Before initiating arbitration, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting the other party. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed with arbitration.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced to the fullest extent under law.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any project-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gold Hands Miami regarding the use of our Site and Services.

15. Scope of Services and Licensing

Gold Hands Miami provides general handyman services under Florida's handyman exemption (Florida Statute Chapter 489). We perform minor home repair and improvement tasks that do not require a state-licensed specialty contractor.

Work that exceeds the statutory threshold or requires a licensed specialty contractor (such as licensed plumbing, licensed electrical, or general contracting) will be referred to or subcontracted to appropriately licensed professionals. We do not hold a state contractor license.

Gold Hands Miami carries general liability insurance in the State of Florida for your protection.

16. Right to Cancel

Under Florida law, consumers have a 3-day right to cancel for home solicitation contracts over $25. If you enter into a contract for services that were solicited at your home, you may cancel the contract within 3 business days of signing by providing written notice to Gold Hands Miami at the address listed below.

This right to cancel does not apply to services requested by the customer or to emergency repairs.

17. SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions

17.1 Program Owner

The SMS / text messaging program described here is owned and operated by Rakhimov Enterprise LLC, doing business as Gold Hands Miami, 201 178th Dr, Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160, USA.

17.2 Opt-In

By providing your mobile phone number on the public web form at goldhandsmia.com/#contact AND checking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox displayed adjacent to the phone field, you expressly consent to receive recurring SMS / text messages from us at the number you provided. Without the checkbox checked, no SMS consent is collected and the form cannot be submitted.

17.3 Types of Messages

Messages you may receive include, but are not limited to: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival notifications and updates, estimate / quote follow-ups, service completion and satisfaction surveys, and other service-related communications.

17.4 Message Frequency and Cost

Message frequency varies based on your service activity (typically 1–5 messages per active service request). Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless carrier's plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.

17.5 Opt-Out and Help

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. You will receive a one-time confirmation message that you have been unsubscribed and will not receive further messages from this program unless you opt back in. 17.6 Consent Is Not a Condition of Service

Your consent to receive SMS messages from Rakhimov Enterprise LLC (Gold Hands Miami) is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You may choose not to receive SMS messages and still receive the full handyman services we offer. 17.7 No Sharing of Mobile Information

No mobile information (including the phone number you provide for SMS and the consent record itself) will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. 17.8 Supported Carriers

Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and other major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

17.9 TCPA Compliance

This SMS program is operated in compliance with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CTIA Short Code Monitoring Handbook (where applicable), and the rules of The Campaign Registry (TCR). Your opt-in consent record is retained as required by applicable law.
