We agree on added work and costs before proceeding. Membership is planned maintenance, not emergency coverage. Workmanship is covered as described in our guarantee.

Seasonal and Home Care are designed for planned upkeep and ongoing service, rather than the lowest price for a single repair. Home Plus is $299 for one visit of up to 4 hours, compared with $400 at our standard $100 hourly rate when all 4 hours are used. Choose the plan that matches the help you actually need.
Parts and materials are extra. We confirm any purchases and shopping or delivery charges with you before proceeding.
Home Plus includes one continuous visit each month. If you need two separate visits, ask us about Home Manager or an additional visit.
When the schedule allows, you can approve extra time on the same visit at $75 per hour, billed in 30-minute increments. A separate additional visit starts at $160 for 2 hours, then $100 per hour.
If you have not used a visit, ask before the period ends to carry it into the next period. You may hold one carried-over visit at a time. It must be used by the end of that next period and cannot roll over again. Unused minutes from a visit cannot be split into a separate visit.
Yes. Cancel future renewals without a cancellation penalty. You can request a refund for a completely unused current period before its visit starts. A visit used or forfeited under the agreed late-cancellation or no-access policy does not qualify for this standard refund. If we fail to deliver the agreed service, contact us for a resolution. We send the full membership terms with your confirmation; your applicable consumer rights always apply.
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a visit without losing it. Late cancellations or no access may use up that visit under the terms we send with your confirmation. If we need to cancel, we will reschedule or refund the affected visit.
We aim to send a familiar technician whenever available. If a replacement or a new date is needed, we will let you know.
No. Membership covers scheduled handyman work within the agreed scope. Visual upkeep checks are not a certified home inspection, and urgent or specialist work may require a different service.
Your first payment is taken after we confirm your service address and agree on your first visit. Seasonal renews every 3 months; Home Care and Home Plus renew monthly until canceled.
