Most furniture calls we take are not a suburban garage build. Boxes arrive at a loading dock with a short freight window, elevators are small, and tall IKEA PAX / MALM pieces need tip-over anchors on drywall or concrete — without claiming Florida GC / structural work we do not do.
- Freight elevator & dock: Share your building’s weekday dock hours, guest parking, and COI rules when you book so boxes are not stuck in the lobby.
- Flat-pack brands: IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, Target, West Elm, Ashley — if it ships with hardware and instructions, we assemble it.
- Wall anchors / studs: We locate studs or use masonry anchors on concrete condo walls for tall dressers and wardrobes. Specialty hardware is flagged before we drill.
- Humidity & particleboard: South Florida humidity can swell boards that sat in a garage. We dry-fit cams and stop if a panel arrived warped.
- What we skip: Permit remodels, structural framing, or licensed GC claims. Assembly + tip-over anchoring only.

Do I need to unbox the furniture first?
No. We handle unboxing, assembly, tip-over anchoring when needed, and packaging haul-away. Just show us where each piece lands.

Yes — IKEA, Wayfair, Amazon, Target, West Elm, Ashley, and more, as long as hardware and instructions arrive with the box.
What if parts are missing from the kit?
We inventory parts before we start, photograph missing bags, and help you order replacements. Common spare hardware often comes from our truck.
Do you tip-over anchor tall pieces?
Yes for dressers, wardrobes, and tall bookshelves when the wall allows (drywall + studs or concrete with masonry anchors). This is non-structural handyman safety work — not a Florida GC / permit remodel.
